Location of Trinidad

Trinidad is a city located in the department of Flores, in the southwest of Uruguay.

It is located about 190 km northwest of Montevideo and about 70 km south of the city of Durazno. The city lies on the banks of the Yí River, surrounded by hills and farmland.

Trinidad's location makes it a popular stopover for those traveling between Montevideo and the northern departments of the country.
