Treinta y Tres is a city located in eastern Uruguay, known for being the capital of the homonymous department.

Treinta y Tres is located in the eastern region of Uruguay, near the border with Brazil. It limits to the north with the department of Cerro Largo, to the south with the department of Rocha, to the east with the Atlantic Ocean and to the west with the department of Lavalleja.
