Location of San Carlos

San Carlos is a city located in the department of Maldonado, in the southeast of Uruguay.

It is located about 30 kilometers northeast of Punta del Este, one of the most important resorts in the country.

San Carlos is located at the crossroads of national routes 9 and 39, which makes it easily accessible from other cities and towns in the department.

In addition, it is surrounded by natural landscapes such as mountains, rivers and lagoons, which makes it an attractive tourist area.
