How to get to Libertad

To get to Libertad, you can take a bus from the Tres Cruces terminal in Montevideo, with several transport companies that have daily frequencies to the city.
It can also be reached by car along the Interbalnearia route, taking the exit corresponding to Libertad and following the indications.

Another option is to take the train that connects Montevideo with the city of San José and get off at the Libertad station, located in the center of the city.

Once in Libertad, the city can be explored on foot since it is small and easy to walk. You can also rent bicycles or motorbikes to move around.
