Tourism in Punta del Diablo

Punta del Diablo is a small fishing and tourist town located on the Atlantic coast of Uruguay.

The town is known for its beautiful beaches, quaint wooden houses, and relaxed, bohemian atmosphere.

The main attractions of Punta del Diablo include the main beach, Playa de la Viuda and Playa del Rivero, all of which are ideal for swimming, surfing and enjoying the sun.

The best way to get to Punta del Diablo is by car, although there are also regular buses from Montevideo and other nearby cities. The town is located about 40 kilometers east of the city of Chuy, on the border with Brazil, and about 300 kilometers northeast of Montevideo.
