How to get to Las Cañas

To get to Las Cañas from Montevideo, you must take Route 1 to the city of Mercedes. From there, continue along route 21 to the town of Las Cañas.

It is also possible to get there by public transport, with the Cot bus company and the Raincoop cooperative offering services from Montevideo and other cities in the country.

Once in Las Cañas, the town is located about 8 kilometers south of the city of Fray Bentos, and it is possible to get there by taxi or private vehicle. There are also public transport services that connect both towns.
