Tourism in Fray Bentos
Fray Bentos is a city in the department of Río Negro, Uruguay, located on the banks of the Uruguay River.
It is known for being the headquarters of the Anglo refrigeration company, which had a great impact on the country's economy at the beginning of the 20th century.
Today, it is an important industrial center and has tourist attractions such as the Museum of the Industrial Revolution and the Anglo Quarter, where you can see old houses from the company's time.
