History of El Pinar

It was founded in the early twentieth century as part of a development organized by a commercial company and the recipients of the properties were families of Montevideo.

The first division was made in 1950 on Argentine Ernesto Estrada idea Elia and propeller spa, Guillermo Pérez Butler.

The area was wooded with a million copies of trees of different species.

They emphasize their irregular blocks and distinguished architecture in general.
