Tourism in Cuchilla Alta

Cuchilla Alta is a seaside resort south of the department of Canelones, located along the Rio de la Plata, at km 72 of the Interbalnearia route.
It limits the west with the resort of Biarritz and east with El Galleon. It is one of the resorts that are part of the Gold Coast of Canelones.

It is one of the most beautiful resorts in the Rio de la Plata, with more forested of the Gold Coast of Canelones areas.

The spa was formed in 1932 and expanded in 1944.

Its beaches are varied in features, there are gentle, fine sand or rocky and steep.
