Tourism in Cabo Polonio

Cabo Polonio is a seaside resort and a national park, located in the department of Rocha, near the spa Valizas.

It has 3 small islands off its coast, known as Torres Islands (La Rasa, La Encantada and Islet).
In these islands is an important reserve of sea lions, which can be seen from the coast.

The lighthouse is important and used reference for sailors.
