History of Atlantida

Atlántida is a city located on the coast of Uruguay, about 45 km east of Montevideo. It was founded in 1911 by businessman Antonio Lussich, who saw great tourist potential in the place and built a hotel and a boulevard that attracted visitors from all over the country.
